Krey.store provides a platform for creators to sell digital products, courses, coaching services, memberships, and more. We offer tools for building storefronts, managing email marketing, running communities, creating forms, and processing payments.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use most features of Krey.store. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. Creator Responsibilities
As a creator on Krey.store, you are responsible for:
- The content you publish and sell through our platform
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
- Fulfilling orders and providing customer support to your buyers
- Accurately representing your products and services
- Handling refunds in accordance with your stated refund policy
5. Payments and Fees
Krey.store charges 0% transaction fees on all plans. Standard payment processing fees from Stripe or PayPal (approximately 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) apply and are charged by those providers, not by us. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually depending on your chosen plan.
6. Prohibited Content
You may not use Krey.store to sell or distribute content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krey.store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
